Lead generation systems, built honestly

For businesses that are ready for them, we build the research, qualification, outreach and follow-up infrastructure that keeps a pipeline moving, without pretending outcomes can be guaranteed.

Read this first

We do not promise a specific number of leads, meetings or deals

Anyone who does is guessing. What a system can do reliably is make sure the right prospects are identified, contacted in a way that respects them, and followed up consistently instead of whenever someone remembers. Results depend on your offer, your market and your capacity to convert conversations, and those are yours, not ours.

We start with a pilot for exactly this reason: it tests the assumption before anyone commits to a long engagement.

The pipeline

From an agreed profile to a conversation in your calendar

Nothing sends without your approval, and the number of meetings is never guaranteed.

What we build

The seven parts of a working lead system

Each part is set up in tools you can keep. Nothing is locked to us.

  1. 01

    Ideal customer profile development

Define who is genuinely worth approaching, based on the work you do best.

  2. 02

    Prospect research

Build researched, relevant prospect lists rather than buying generic data.

  3. 03

    Qualification and scoring

Score prospects against your criteria so attention goes to the better fits.

  4. 04

    Outreach messaging

Write and structure messaging that sounds like you and respects the reader.

  5. 05

    Follow-up systems

Sequenced, sensible follow-up so conversations are not lost to a busy week.

  6. 06

    CRM pipeline setup

A pipeline with clear stages, owners and next actions in the tool you already use.

  7. 07

    Reporting and campaign improvement

Regular review of what is landing, what is not, and what to change next.

Qualification

This is not right for every business

We would rather turn work down than take on a pilot that cannot succeed. Here is how we assess fit.

A good fit looks like

  • A service you have delivered successfully many times
  • Clear capacity to take on new clients now
  • A defined idea of who your best clients are
  • Willingness to review and approve messaging
  • A realistic view of a pilot as a test, not a tap

Not the right time if

  • No proven offer yet, or pricing still in flux
  • No capacity to service additional enquiries
  • An expectation of guaranteed lead volumes
  • Unwillingness to be involved in the messaging
  • A need for results within the first few weeks

From R10,000 per month

Excludes third-party data, software and sending infrastructure. These are billed to you directly so you keep ownership of them. Outreach is set up to comply with South Africa’s POPIA and with the rules of the platforms used.

These are indicative starting investments. Your final fee is confirmed after discovery and depends on workflow complexity, integrations, data readiness and implementation scope.

All website prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). International engagements are quoted in USD in the final proposal unless another currency is agreed in writing.
